1. Site Supervisor / Manager / Carpenter
Location: Cheltenham
Project: Refurbishment of a period residential property
Type: Full-time | PAYE or self-employed
Salary: £32,000 – £39,000 depending on experience and employment status
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise trades on site and liaise with the Project Manager
Work on site as a hands-on supervisor as required
Read and interpret construction drawings
Monitor and ensure quality of ongoing works
Required:
CSCS card
Carpentry NVQ / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
